LOL I lose things like that all the time. And find them in weird places like my underwear drawer. Sometimes this is my fault. Sometimes it is the fault of two curious little toddlers who love to put mama's keys in the microwave!

I keep meaning to knit the simple bodice but I'm scared. I look at that and see endless frogging because I am knitting impaired. But it's just so fabulous!

Well, of COURSE the checks were on the shelf in your closet? Where else would they be?

Don't you hate how random stuff ends up in random places? I once went into my bathroom and found what appeared to be three clean forks, nested together on the counter? What the heck? I have no recollection of putting them there. I can only reason that I must have been unloading the dishwasher, picked up the phone with the forks in my hand and had to use the bathroom? Either that or I've finally lost it. Whichever.... forks have no business in a bathroom, people. And checks for deposit have no business in the closet. Very strange. Sorry you had to panic about it, but I'm glad they were found.

I love the two-tone effect on that simple knitted bodice!

Hi- Glad you found your checks! I love your book, but I'm having al ittle problem with one of the patterns. I belive there might be a mistake in the Coquette Lace Tube Top. By the time I get to round 3 of the lace panel pattern, I end up with an extra stitch. Can you help please?
